One service call is included at no charge if you have questions about the newly installed system or something is not working as expected.

Equipment Warranty

Covered equipment faults are inspected and serviced at no charge during the active warranty period. Most equipment includes a two-year manufacturer warranty.

Coverage does not include physical damage, third-party service issues, additional work, or changes outside the approved scope.

See whether the system is armed, open connected cameras, and check the state of devices assigned to each room. Detected device malfunctions are also shown in the app.

02 — CAN I USE A HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WITHOUT MONTHLY MONITORING?

Yes. You can control the system and receive alerts through the app. Professional monitoring is optional, where available, and any recurring costs are confirmed separately.

03 — CAN I REUSE MY EXISTING ALARM SENSORS?

Sometimes. Compatible wired devices may be reused after their condition and wiring are checked. The approved scope confirms what stays and what should be replaced.

04 — CAN I ADD MORE CAMERAS OR SENSORS LATER?

Yes. We can cover the priority areas first and plan the system for compatible additions as your needs change.

05 — WILL MY SECURITY SYSTEM WORK IF THE INTERNET GOES DOWN?

Local detection and sirens continue to operate. Cellular backup can maintain remote communication where configured; otherwise, app access and notifications resume when the connection returns.
